FREE REFLECTION GUIDE

Start With Where You Are

A reflection guide for where you are and what’s next.

If the roles you’ve held or the expectations you’ve carried don’t fit the way they used to, this guide gives you space to slow down and listen to yourself.

INSIDE THE GUIDE

Four parts. Your own pace

The reflections follow the Rooted & Becoming Framework:

Rooted: Where am I now?

Notice what’s true right now before deciding what needs to change.

Releasing: What am I outgrowing?

Question the expectations and “shoulds” that may no longer fit.

Reconnecting: What matters to me?

Make room for your own wants, values, and the parts of yourself you’ve set aside.

Becoming: How might I begin living it?

Take one small step toward what matters to you now.

This Guide Is for You If

Something in your life has shifted, or you can’t quite name what’s changed

You’ve spent years focused on everyone else’s needs

You’re wondering what you want now, and aren’t sure where to start

You don’t need to know where you’re going before you begin.

Meet Heather

Hi, I’m Heather Pierce, LMFT. I’ve been a therapist since 2013, and I’m in midlife too, living many of the questions this guide is built around.

I created it as an invitation to spend some time with those questions, without pressure to have it all figured out.
